Billericay Dental Studio sought our expertise in web design, marketing, and social media to drive the next stage of their growth through refreshing their brand and raising awareness of their business in the local community.

With no recent team photos available, we started by organising a photoshoot to capture bright and welcoming shots of their staff and practice. These images would become central to all marketing collateral going forwards, highlighting their friendly and modern approach to dental care.

With the help of new imagery, the new site was designed to showcase their advanced facilities and wide range of treatments. Strong calls to action, interactive forms, and prominent contact details encourage visitors to find out more and book appointments. An integrated social media feed also keeps the site regularly updated with fresh content, while a dedicated reviews page builds trust through patient testimonials.

To further boost their digital presence, we set them up with new Facebook and Instagram profiles before managing their social media activity to promote their treatments and raise awareness of their value to the local community. We also produced new TV graphics for their waiting room and printed collateral to inform and engage patients during their visits as well as email marketing campaigns that keep patients informed about news, offers, and service updates to strengthen loyalty and encourage cross selling.

The result is a cohesive collection of platforms and campaigns that’s modernised their brand, expanded their reach in the local community and boosted patient loyalty.
