The Hair Lounge is a duo of elegantly designed salons based in Essex and Greeenwich which provide professional hairstyling services.
THE BRIEF
With a website already up and running, The Hair Lounge needed an equally stylish ecommerce site to enable their clients to access the same premium products used in their salons.
WHAT DID WE DO?
We started by recreating their current website on a platform that could support the functionality of the new ecommerce store. We persevered the design but made a few minor adjustments to improve its useability.
With 100s of products on offer, ease of navigation was crucial so we introduced a filter, search function and category-lead headers to help customers sort through the items more quickly.
We also incorporated blog articles from their salon website to help improve user engagement and SEO.
